Independent election observation is aimed to facilitate a fair election process, promote its openness and publicity, prevent and report electoral violations. Meanwhile, the Central Election Commission has accredited 139 civic organizations to deploy official observers. We will try to understand which aims civic and international observers have, what is a fake election observation, and what is behind those 139 civic organizations.

How the approximate number of voters has changed in Ukraine for 2014
According to the calculation by the second level, the absolute maximum of increase was noticed in Dnipropetrovsk oblast: 45,925 persons (+1.76%). The maximum decrease was noticed in Kyiv: 3,251 (-0.15%). Relative indicators are the following: the maximum increase - 2.49% (Chernihiv oblast); the maximum decrease - minus 0.15% (Kyiv city).
