Senior Investigator of the Suvorovskyi District Department of Militia and Public Prosecutor of Kherson city informed the Head Mariia Levkivska about criminal case against her right during the meeting on determination of voting results.

Meeting of the DEC continues, the protocols are being received, and candidates continue submitting complaints against actions of the DEC. In particular, candidate Oleksandr Spivakovskyi (the Petro Poroshenko Block party) reported in his statement that the Head of DEC was obstructing realization of voting rights. The guilty of offense shall be punished with deprivation of liberty from 2 to 5 years. Members of the District Election Commission were indignant about the charge.

Nevertheless, the meeting continues, and 84.21% of protocols have been processed. Oleksandr Spivakovskyi is leading with 21.53%, Yurii Odarchenko is on the second place with 20.92%.

We have already informed that activities of this Commission are increasingly complicated by complaints and statements of these two candidates, who have little margin in votes.
