Mass-scale violations concerning the incidents of larger than permitted by the Law number of the ballot papers reported at the special PECs of the #133 DEC.

Mass-scale violations concerning the incidents of larger than permitted by the Law number of ballot papers were reported in the ED #133 at the PEC #511155 (114, Fontanska Doroga St. Oblast Hospital for the Great Patriotic War Disabled Veterans), where 136 ballot papers were distributed for voting in the nationwide district and 136 ballot papers for voting in the single-mandate district. There are 124 voters in the list.

At the PEC # 511154 (110, Fontanska Doroga St., City Clinical Hospital #8), where the total number of voters is 75 persons, 188 ballot papers were distributed for the multi-mandate and single-mandate districts.

The ED # 136: at the PEC #511433 (7, P.Kravtsova st., Maternity Hospital #4) there are 44 voters in the list. The PEC has received 96 ballot papers for the multi-mandate district voting and 96 ballot papers for the single-mandate district.

Reminder: According to the Article 8 (8) of the Law of Ukraine on the Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine The nationwide election district ballot papers and the single-mandate election district ballot papers shall be printed for each election precinct in an amount exceeding by 0.5 percent the number of voters included in the voter lists for the election precincts of each single-member district, with possible deviation from the aforementioned number resulting from the multiplicity of ballot papers being printed on a typing sheet.
