Posters of majoritarian candidates are not hung in the precinct election commission #071016 (city of Kovel), as long as the PEC didn't receive them from the DEC.

Although the DEC received these posters from the CEC, not all PECs received them.

The polling station #071077 (5a Veteraniv St., the city of Lutsk) has insufficient number of ballot papers. There are 2,437 voters registered at this polling station, and 2,436 ballot papers. According to the Article 80(8) of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, ballot papers shall be printed for each election precinct in an amount exceeding by 0.5 percent the number of voters included in the voter lists for the election precincts of each single-member district, with possible deviation from the aforementioned number resulting from the multiplicity of ballot papers being printed on a typing sheet. OPORA's observer appealed to the Head of DEC, and he said that such number of ballots was given by the Central Election Commission.

The same situation is at the polling station #071043 (Lutsk city, premises of the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University). The number of ballots is equal to the number of voters. Besides that, a policeman was present at the polling place.

At the entrance of polling station #0771110 in district #19 (the city of Novovolynsk), a poster inviting to a tournament hung, organized with assistance of candidate Yurii Hupalo. After OPORA's observer made a remark, the Head of Commission removed it from the wall.
