The Head of Precinct election commission #710996 (Cherkasy city) has refused to give observers copies of protocols, explaining that they need these copies themselves.

Now, representatives of the Self-defense have made copies of protocol forms for a number of observers.

We remind, that according to the Article 79(8) of the Law of Ukraine on Election of the President of Ukraine, "Candidates for the President of Ukraine, their proxies, official observers who were present at the polling station during the vote count, should be provided copies of the protocol indicated in this article, if they ask for it, attested by the Head and Secretary of the Precinct election commission, and with the commission's seal, but not more than one copy per every candidate or official observer."

The article 212-217 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Ukraine says: "If a head of the corresponding election commission or the individual who performs his duties, according to the law, doesn't provide the copy of election protocol, may be imposed a fine in amount from twenty to a hundred of untaxed minimum salaries."
