The PEC #480896 (district #129) has issued more ballots for voting at the place of stay than it was indicated in the excerpt. This incident was detected by observer V.S. Kupetskyi from P. Poroshenko.

According to him, the excerpt contained 16 voters, but the number of issued ballots was larger: 26 to vote on the elections of Mykolaiv city mayor, and 28 to vote on Presidential elections.

Observer of Civil Network OPORA has drawn up a report on this fact, as long as considers it a violation of the Article 75(11) of the Law of Ukraine on Election of the President of Ukraine, saying that the number of ballots received by commission members for organization of the voting should be equal to the number of voters, included in the excerpt from the voter list.
