In district #101 in Kirovohrad oblast, observers won't get copies of protocols

In district #101 of Kirovohrad oblast, Heads of PECs have started informing observers that the DEC prohibited precinct election commissions to give observers copies of protocols on forms of the CEC.

A member of the DEC has confirmed this information, referring ti the resolution from the CEC, which prohibited to hand out copies of protocols to both civic observers and observers from candidates. However, the member of DEC refused to tell the number and date of such resolution.

According to the information provided by the OPORA's observers in PECs, every DEC has filed 75 forms of protocols for every polling station.
