In PEC #480879 (district #129), commission members forgot to seal 15 ballots. The information was reported by an observer of Civil Network OPORA.

It was revealed quite accidentally – a member of PEC turned attention to the absence of seal on the counterfoil of ballot papers. There were not less than 15 such counterfoils. The commission started to discuss the possibility of sealing these ballots during the vote count, in order not to "loose any votes".

We remind that according to the Article 78 of the Law of Ukraine on Election of the President of Ukraine, the ballots without seal of the precinct election commission are not valid.
