As reported by Civil Network OPORA observers, all polling stations in the city of Lviv were opened on time.

Starting form 8 AM district electoral commissions receive information about the opening of the polling stations and conduct of preparation meetings.Thus, according to the data of DECs #119, #120, and #117, all polling stations were opened on time and successfully mustered quorum during the morning meetings.

OPORA observer from the DEC #118 reports that all polling stations in the constituency were opened on time as well. At seven polling station the Heads of PECs are absent. On average the commission is composed of 15-16 members, however, due to the unsatisfactory work of IS "Elections"

At some polling station queues of voters were noticed. Namely, at 8:00 AM lines were documented at PEC #461900 (Karadzhycha Street, about 30 people), #462126 (Medovoi Pechery Street, 25 people), #462039 (Chuprynky Street, 30 people). At the moment the activity of voters is less.
