In the night from 15 to 16 December, OPORA observers have reported at least three incidents when members of precinct election commissions were rewriting their protocols in premises of district commission. After inaccuracies were noticed in the protocols, members of precinct commissions were correcting them right on the spot, with all the corresponding stamps. When observers tried to stop one of these commissions, its members grabbed the protocols and ran away. Observers were following members of the PEC, and called the police. However, policeman Oleksandr Flornskyi (registration certificate #034481) had ignored the fact and turned away.
Members of the DEC said that these commissions had already submitted the protocols, but observers saw the very commission submitting the protocol later.
