As of 5/16/2013, the decision of Berehovo City Election Commission on delineation of district boundaries, taken on 4/29/2013 is not published. However, the Article 18(9) of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Councils and Village, Town and City Mayors provides that: "Decision of the corresponding territorial commission on creation of polling stations, delineation of district boundaries, location of the corresponding Precinct Election Commissions and notification about numeration of polling stations, shall be filed to the corresponding State Voter Register maintenance bodies and published in mass media or in the other way determined by the Territorial Election Commission, not later than 27 days before the Election Day."
Head of the Commission Volodymyr Schurenko has informed that such information was placed on an announcement board of the Berehovo City Election Commission and sent to the Berehovo local newspaper in on the very next day after the decision was taken.
Editorial office of the Berehovo newspaper has informed that this information will be published in the next number, which is to be issued on 5/17/2013.
This decision also wasn't published on the site of Berehovo City Council.
