Members of the PEC No.350931 brought their protocols to DEC No.99 first. However, the sugar bag which they brought the election documents in drew the attention, and then it turned our that all the protocols were stamped with the seal from DEC No.102!
Deputy of the DEC No.99 Petro Ivanovych chubchenko (faction of the Party of Regions) started defending members of the PEC No.350931 explaining that such seal was produced by mistake, and a formal note was taken. Members of the DEC No.99 who were accepting the documents behaved very strange.
