A potential candidate Oleksii Zhuravko presented police with 5 cars, one patrol car, and a video camera to the press center. Chairman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Kherson Oblast Valerii Litvin provided the following information in an interview for the Tavriia News Agency: "He provides a great support for the police: had bought 4 or 5 cars. Besides that, not only for Tsiurupinsk city where he's got a mandate: one patrol car belongs to Beryslav city. For our press-center he'd bought a good video camera.
The law enforcement officer characterized the potential candidate Mr. Zhuravko: "If I didn't feel nothing except resentment and hatred towards this MP before, than now I think he's a noble person."
Oleksii Zhuravko - a member of the Party of Regions, Secretary of the Committee on the matters of pensioners, veterans and the disabled. He plans to stand as a candidate in the election district #186 (centered in Tsiurupinsk city). His candidacy was approved on the XXII conference of the Kherson regional office of the Party of Regions on 14 July.
