Everyone interested is welcome to visit interregional debates that will take place on November 4 – in Odesa; 18 November – in Kyiv. There will be discussed three key reforms of the electoral legislation: the system, formation commissions at different levels and territorial organization of elections. Debate organizers are – Consortium of election initiatives (CN OPORA, CVU, ALI and UCIPR). International debates will attend independent local experts, journalists, political and public figures, representatives of the Consortium.
Besides that, the Consortium of election initiatives and CN OPORA organize informal meetings with regional journalists, where are going to be discussed: changes that are expected after election legislative reform, who is going to take advantage from this, and what pitfalls has the process.
