When MPs are talking about budget costs, their words may differ from their thoughts. It can be proved by various slips of the tongue made by deputies and voting results on the particular issues of the last meeting of the Budget Committee.

During the meeting of the Budget Committee on October 9, one of the major issues concerned redistribution of budget funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on paying unified social contribution due to the increased salaries of law enforcement officers. In particular, it was one million 700 thousand UAH, which were saved on communal services by law-enforcement bodies after they established modern energy efficient technologies. Member of the AUU Svoboda Yurii Mykhalchyshyn used the opportunity and asked the Deputy Head of the Main Department of, and Commander of the Internal Troops of the MIA, Serhii Tkachenko to improve internal educational work with subordinates, so that they wouldn't hit MPs on their heads.

"On this opportunity, I ask on behalf of my colleagues MPs to improve internal educational work with your subordinates, so that they wouldn't hit MPs on their heads, and came to agree on budget allotment after that," - said the MP.

Despite the representative of the MIA had promised to take into consideration this request, Yurii Mykhalchyshyn and some of his colleagues didn't vote for the proposition on redistribution of funds. Of course, their votes didn't hinder the adoption of decision by the majority, but it's not the point. After the voting, the Head of the Budget Committee, member of the Party of Regions Yevhen Hiellier stated, that attitude of the MIA officers towards MPs depends directly upon the results of voting on allocation of budget funds.

"Yurii Andriianovych (addressed the member of the AUU Svoboda, – author), look, you vote against and take offense at their actions than. At first, you must compromise and show support, and then put your questions," - said the Head of the Budget Committee smiling.

Another split was made by a member of the Party of Regions during the meeting of the Budget Committee. When discussing the use of funds gained from realization of excessive military property, and indebted salaries of ammunition factories in Shostka, he assured his colleagues from the opposition that they will never manage to settle any arrangements with the Ministry of Defense.

"Regarding the excessive property. Commercialization is a plus. You will never be able to settle any arrangements with them. They have already decided who and when will build", - said the MP.

In response to the statement, Head of the Committee called his colleague not to mix up individual issues and budget funds.

"Don't mix up individual issues, - Shostka. It's money, it's not only. You say that nobody will settle any arrangements with you. Nobody is going to settle any arrangements here," - stated the member of the Party of Regions.

Pro-power deputies were confused all together during consideration of the issue on providing the Naftohas of Ukraine NJC state guarantees for the fulfillment of debt obligation without the corresponding security. Pro-power MPs have supported an amendment, introduced by a representative of the AUU Batkivshchyna Tetiana Sliuz. This amendment states that the state guarantees of the Naftohas of Ukraine NJC are provided on the grounds of openness, maturities, and fulfillment of obligations, according to the Article 17 of the Budget Code of Ukraine. Pro-power MPs recollected only after a representative of the Party of Regions shouted to his colleagues after the secretary stated a number 13 - "for": "What are you doing? We don't vote for this." At the same time, Head of the Committee stated that the opposition had confused their colleagues, and, therefore, put the question to a re-vote. The amendment introduced by Tetiana Sliuz wasn't supported by the majority this time.
