The Central Election Commission has changed the list of regular overseas polling stations, created in April 2012. Thus, it has dissolved 5 polling stations in Russian Federation and made redistricting in Georgia Kazakhstan and Finland.

The CEC took the corresponding decision 31 September meeting.

Thus, the Central Election Commission dissolved polling stations #900075, 900077, 900078, 900117, and 900118, located in cities of Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk respectively.

According to the amendments, Ukrainian citizens, who live in a number of oblasts in Russian Federation will have an opportunity to vote for the President of Ukraine at overseas polling stations in Georgia, Kazakhstan and Finland.

Thus, the following regions of the RF were included into polling station #900018 (Ukrainian Embassy in Georgia): Republic of Adygea (Adygea), Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Republic of Kalmykia, Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, Republic of Ossetia – Alania, Chechen Republic, Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol Krai, Astrakhan oblast, Volgograd oblast, and Rostov oblast.

Polling station #900035 (Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan) now includes: Kurgan oblast, Sverdlovsk oblast, Tyumen oblast, Chelyabinsk oblast, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous County (Yugra), Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous County, Altai Republic, Buryatia Republic, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Tyva Republic, Republic of Khakassia, Altai Krai, Zabaikallia Krai, Kamchatka Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Prymorskyi Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Amursk oblast, Irkutsk oblast, Kemerovo oblast, Magadan oblast, Novosibirsk oblast, Omsk oblast, Tomsk oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Chukotka Autonomous County.
