A car was blocked near school #33 (207B Prospekt Myru Ave.) with a woman who was noticed taking picture of her ballot inside. According to the Head of the PEC, the girl took picture of her ballot in ballot box, went out, and threw it in the ballot box. However, she was blocked in her car as soon as she got into it. Some time later, police officer sat into her car. The woman was released after all.
One more incident was noticed in sports hall of college #11. A girl was sending picture of her marked ballot to a number from which she received a text message today (offering 2,000 UAH for a vote). The police was called to the site. The woman is in the Raion Militia Department now.
In a polling station nearby, a woman was noticed taking picture of her ballot. However, she has managed to delete the picture.
According to the Article 159 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, deliberate violation of the voting secrecy during election or referendum, when choice of a voter is intentionally disclosed, shall be punished with a fine or from one to three hundred of untaxed salary minimums, corrective labor for up to two years, or restriction on liberty for up to three years.
One more incident has just been reported at polling station #740997 (Pedagogical University, 53 Hetmana Polubotka St.). The violator is detained. Очікують оперативників.
