According to the Head of State Voter Register Administration Body Oleksandr Stelmakh, 25% of the total number of voters, who changed their voting location, are citizens living outside of their registration address; 24% – internally displaced persons and individuals living on temporarily occupied territories; 22% – members of election commissions, who will work outside of their registration address; and 15% – policemen and official observers. Besides that, applications from 1,416 persons were rejected. The main reason was absence in the State Voter Register or no registration address. At the same time, some individuals will not be able to vote at their new addresses despite they have successfully changed the voting location. For example, 3 persons are already in prisons.

The majority of voters changed the voting location within Donetsk oblast (from one settlement to another) – 23,273. Compared to the previous months, most of the people have been changing the voting location within an oblast. Besides that, TOP-10 by the number of changes is the following: within Dnipropetrovsk oblast – 12,431 voters; from Donetsk oblast to the city of Kyiv – 11,688 voters; within Lviv oblast – 11,584 voters; within Kharkiv oblast – 10,617 voters; within Odesa oblast – 10,000 voters; within Luhansk oblast – 6,508 voters; within Kyiv oblast – 6,359 voters; within Zaporizhia oblast – 6,288 voters; and within the city of Kyiv – 6,228 voters.

The majority of citizens willing to change their assigned voting location are registered in Donetsk oblast – 63,869 voters; Luhansk oblast – 28,834 voters; Dnipropetrovsk oblast – 20,438 voters; Kyiv – 18,932 voters; and Lviv oblast – 16,387 voters.

The biggest number of voters changed their assigned locations to the city of Kyiv – 48,507 voters. Many of them will also visit new polling stations in Kyiv oblast – 26,755 voters; Donetsk oblast – 25,377 voters; Dnipropetrovsk oblast – 23,925 voters; and Kharkiv oblast – 23,312 voters.

We remind that there were 15,202 voters who changed their assigned location as of 10 February, and this number has increased to 64,967 as of 11 March. Since the beginning of this procedure on 31 December, the biggest flow of people was noticed on 25 March, the last day. Thus, 46,676 voters have changed their voting location on this day throughout Ukraine.

Important! Voting location is being changed temporarily for the period of a given election, and the election address is not subject to change (which is usually the same as registration address). Thus, if the second round will be announced, it's necessary to change the voting location again. Besides that, there will be little time for that – until 6:00 PM, 15 April.
