On 29 October, 5 members of the DEC #114 were substituted, including the Commission Head Oleksii Pidhornyi.

Observers of the Civil Network OPORA reported that the Central Election Commission made a rotation in the DEC #114 on 29 October. The CEC has substituted 5 members and the Head of the District Election Commission Oleksii Pidhornyi. Serhii Ruzhatskyi is a new Head of the DEC #114. This information was confirmed by the Deputy Head of the DEC #114 Volodymyr Annusov: "We had some rotations in membership of the DEC on 29 October. In particular, the Sobor party substituted the Head of DEC. Now we have Serhii Ruzhatskyi on the place of Oleksii Pidhornyi. Besides that, 5 members from the UDAR party, the Ukraine of the Future, the Party of Greens of Ukraine, the Green party, and the Udar faction were substituted. The substitutions were made upon party petitions, according to the CEC resolution," - told Volodymyr Annusov.

Election district #114, includes the Artemivsk raion, a part of Kamianobridskyi district of the Luhansk city, and a part of Lutuhynsk raion.

As of 10:30 AM on 30 October 2014, 100% of protocols are processed, according to the CEC. A self-nominated candidate Yurii Harbuz wins in the single-mandate election district, and the Opposition Block political party - in the multi-mandate district.
