Taking into account the public response, OPORA's observers have estimated the scale of the unofficial poll initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, based on a statistically representative number of polling stations. This poll is realized outside of polling stations and is not an official part of local elections.
According to OPORA's observers, deployed to polling stations that were selected using a nationally representative sampling, the poll initiated by Ukrainian President was realized near 55% of PECs. Thus, no such activity was recorded near 45% of PEC premises. The margin of error for this survey (number of polling stations where the survey could be conducted): 4%.
