On 16 November at 10:30 a.m., Civil Network OPORA holds a press conference dedicated to the course of election day in the second round of mayoral elections. The event will be held in the UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St., Kyiv).

OPORA's experts will summarize observation of the election day in 29 cities of Ukraine, covered by over 1,000 observers and monitoring participants and 77 long-term observers, deployed since on October 26th. The experts will provide information about typical violations and incidents at election precincts. Experts will also analyze the functioning of bodies and institutions responsible for election administration during the voting process, vote count and tabulation, and inform the public about latest events in problematic cities. Besides that, the experts will annpuce the results of parallel vote tabulation for mayoral election in Dnipropetrovsk, which OPORA is going to conduct at every polling station.
