According to OPORA's activists, police ordered to close windows at polls #741025 in assembly hall of a hostel located at 8 Henerala Bielova St., due to possible provocations. The same situation occurred at polling station #741027 (Institute of Economics and Management, 4 Henerala Bielova St.).

At polling station #740995, however, four police officers stayed during the vote count process for the same reason (Palace of Children and Youth, hall, 2 floor, 112 Peremohy Ave.). They rushed the procedure and even made commission members omit some. For example, unused ballots were not counted before packing, what is against the Article 89 of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies.
