On June 14, Chercasy District Administrative Court has satisfied the appeal of Cherkasy local organization of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and repealed the resolution of Cherkasy City Election Commission as of 6/10/2014 "On determination of the results of elections to Cherkasy City Council in multi-mandate election district".

The Court obliged City TEC, as well as TECs of Sosnivsk and Prydniprovsk raion in Cherkasy city TECs of Cherkasy oblast to specify the final protocol on election results in multi-mandate election district.

We remind that Cherkasy City Territorial Election Commission has passed a resolution on results of voting for councilors nominated by party lists on the basis of doubtful protocols submitted by Sosnivsk and Prydniprovsk raion in Cherkasy city TECs of Cherkasy oblast, which contained inaccurate data.
