New territorial election commission has determined the final results of local elections. Today, 28 elected councilors and rating of parties whose candidates were elected by party lists are already known. However, re-count continues in two single-mandate majoritarian election districts.

 

According to the decision of the TEC, the following councilors were elected in majoritarian districts:

District #1 – Mykola Myrza (Party of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs).

District #2 – Ruslan Zoria (Party of Free Democrats).

District #3 – Volodymyr Buriachynskyi (Party of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs).

District #4 – Volodymyr Hrytsenko (Party of Free Democrats).

District #5 – Oleksandr Savenko (self-nominated candidate).

District #6 – Mykola Bondarenko (Party of Free Democrats).

District #7 – Ihor Kita (UDAR).

District #8 – Armen Akopian (UDAR).

District #9 – Araik Mkrtchan (UDAR).

District #10 – Ruslan Petryk (AUU Batkivshchyna).

District #11 – Kostiantyn Chernetskyi (Party of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs).

District #12 – Volodymyr Khalai (Party of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs).

District #13 – Serhii Kudaktin (self-nominated candidate).

District #14 – Oleksandr Zghiblov (Party of Free Democrats).

District #15 – re-counted. Self-nominated candidate Artur Savin has won by preliminary results.

District #16 – Oleksandr Radutskyi (self-nominated candidate).

District #17 – Serhii Tkachenko (self-nominated candidate).

District #18 – Oksana Melikova (Party of Free Democrats).

District #19 – Artem Hryshanov (UDAR).

District #20 – Petro Cherniavskyi (AUU Solidarity).

District #21 – re-counted. Self-nominated candidate Semen Radchenko has won by preliminary results.

District #22 – Volodymyr Hudzenko (self-nominated candidate).

District #24 – Oleh Roskopin (Party of Free Democrats).

District #25 – Olha Kolisnyk (AUU Solidarity).

The division of mandates between party lists of political parties, is the following:

the Party of Free Democrats – 7; AUU Batkivshchyna – 5; UDAR – 4; Radical Party of Oleh Liashko – 4; AUU Svoboda – 3; AUU Solidarity – 2; Ridne Misto – 2; Party of Afghanistan War Veterans – 2; Reforms and Order Party – 1 councilor.

Civil Network OPORA in Cherkasy oblast
Presidential election campaign in Ukraine

Civic monitoring conducted by OPORA - is a type of network activity, aimed at impartial assessment of the preparation and conduct of elections, as well as preventing electoral violations through comprehensive civic action. Since March, OPORA conducts a wide observation campaign during snap Presidential election, interim Parliamentary elections (district #83), and special local elections. The organization cooperates with 175 long-term observers, who are watching the course of election campaign in all Ukrainian regions. On the Election Day on May 25, 3,000 activists will join them to conduct the parallel vote tabulation, based on statistical sample.
